Please cancel your appointment 24 hours before or you will be charged a cancelation fee of 100% of the service The card on file will be charged this fee or you will be required to pay at the next appointment Eyelash extensions Forign fills: please be prepared as these might need to be removed and corrected with a full set with free removal fee If you have less than 50% of your lashes left it will be considered a full set There is a chance you will not be able to receive eyelash extensions as not everyone has the natural lashes for it, be prepared for this at the time of the appointment If over 50% of the lashes fall off within 72 hours they will be fixed free of charge- if it is after 72 hours you will be responsible for a fill No refunds I still use my products and my time for all services therefore no refunds will be issued Late policy: There will be a 10 min grace period to arrive to your appointment, if you arrive after there will be a $15 late fee added to the total cost
